1. Agency Status Disclosure
Pioneer Sky & Stay is an independent, third-party travel booking agency and broker. We do not own, operate, or control any airline, aircraft, hotel, or other travel supplier. All bookings made through our agency are subject to the ultimate terms, conditions, fare rules, and policies of the respective airline, hotel, or travel supplier. We act solely as an intermediary to assist you in securing travel arrangements.
2. User Eligibility & Phone Bookings
By calling our dedicated booking line at (855) 207-7437 and completing a booking, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years of age. • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. • All information you provide, including passenger names, contact details, and payment information, is accurate, complete, and truthful. • You are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize Pioneer Sky & Stay and its suppliers to charge that payment method for the total quoted amount, including all taxes, fees, and charges.
3. Pricing and Availability
Flight fares, hotel rates, and travel inventory fluctuate in real-time based on supplier availability and demand. A price quote provided over the phone is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed, your booking has been confirmed by the supplier, and you have received an official confirmation email or voucher. We are not responsible for price changes that occur before final payment and ticket issuance.
4. Agency Service Fees
Pioneer Sky & Stay may charge a non-refundable service or booking fee for the time, expertise, and assistance provided in managing and securing your travel arrangements over the phone. Any such fee will be clearly disclosed and included in the final total quoted before payment is processed. Agency fees are separate from supplier charges and are non-refundable except where prohibited by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pioneer Sky & Stay is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, missed connection, overbooking, baggage loss, or other disruption caused by the airline, hotel, or other travel supplier, or by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or Force Majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount of the agency service fee paid to us.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the United States.
